Supported Chains & Assets

Polygon

Available assets: $USDC, $HANDL

Tap the three dots next to the token to access:

• Send: send assets to another address
• Receive: view your receiving address
• Transactions: view your transaction history
• Bridge and Swap HANDL: available only for HANDL at the moment
• Withdraw: available where supported
• Disconnect wallet: remove this wallet from your HandlPay account

Base

Available assets: $USDC, $HANDL

Canton Network

Available assets: $CC, $CBTC, $USDCx, $HANDL

Tap the three dots next to a token to access:

• Send: send assets to another address
• Receive: view your receiving address
• Transactions: view your private transaction history; only you and the sender can see each transaction
• Bridge HANDL: available only for HANDL at the moment
• Export Key: Please make sure to save and export your key if using a Canton HandlPay Wallet
• Disconnect wallet: remove this wallet from your HandlPay account

When you receive a new CIP-56 token on Canton Network for the first time, you must approve it manually before it appears in your balance.

• HandlPay wallet: A red indicator appears next to the incoming asset. Click it to approve. You can also enable auto-approval in the wallet settings to automatically approve future transfers.
• External wallets (Bron, Loop, Console, Zoro, etc.): Approval flows vary by provider. Follow the instructions from your wallet app.

Do not use a centralized exchange (CEX) deposit address as your receiving wallet. Exchanges may not credit funds that arrive via third-party routing, and you could lose them permanently.

• No memo or destination tag required. Use a self-custodial wallet that accepts funds without a memo field. Wallets that require a memo (common on Stellar, XRP, and some CEX addresses) are not compatible.
• The network must match the asset. Make sure the wallet you connect to supports the specific network you want to receive on. A wallet that supports Polygon will not automatically receive Base assets.
• You are responsible for wallet compatibility. HandlPay routes payments to the exact address you provide. Double-check your wallet address before saving it.

Cross-Chain Bridges

HandlPay provides custom bridges embedded in the app to help users seamlessly transfer assets between supported chains. We are currently prioritizing delivering more access to Canton Network. Our bridge can also be accessed here.

Bridging $HANDL to Canton Network

You can move $HANDL from Polygon or Base to Canton Network using one of two methods.

From within HandlPay

1. Go to the Polygon or Base tab

   Open your dashboard and select the Polygon or Base tab.

2. Open the bridge option

   Tap the three dots next to $HANDL and select Bridge.

3. Enter the amount

   Type the amount of $HANDL you want to bridge.

4. Review the fee

   Click Estimate to see the bridging fee before committing.

5. Confirm the transaction

   Review the details and confirm. The transfer typically completes within 5–8 minutes.

If you bridge $HANDL to Canton Network and it doesn’t appear in your balance, it is likely waiting for your approval. Look for the red indicator next to the asset in your HandlPay dashboard.

Disconnecting a wallet

To remove a wallet from your HandlPay account, tap the three dots next to any asset in that wallet and select Disconnect wallet. This only removes the wallet from your HandlPay account, it does not affect your actual wallet, private keys, or funds.

You can reconnect the same wallet at any time.
