The support team will ignore your request unless you send all required information:

👉 HandlPay username

👉 Detailed information on the issue and your transaction hash.

👉 Sent the wrong token or sent USDC via the wrong chain? Must provide a screenshot of your app dashboard and your deposit transaction hash.

The support team will not answer tickets with incomplete information. Please make sure to add all relevant information that you can.

Only submit one ticket per request/issue. Repeated ticket requests will be ignored, deprioritized, and treated as spam in the system.
